Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2–7 business days. Certain products, larger fixtures and customized orders may require additional preparation time. Transit times shown above begin after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Lights of Scandinavia is a Swedish company serving customers worldwide.

Most orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners in Asia. Shipping origins may vary depending on the product and availability.

Please note that orders are not necessarily dispatched from Sweden. As shipments may originate outside your country, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

As most orders are shipped from Asia, international deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in our complimentary shipping and are the responsibility of the customer unless collected at checkout.

Import charges vary depending on the destination and local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order. Any applicable taxes or duties collected at checkout will be clearly displayed.

Failure to pay applicable import charges may result in delivery delays or the shipment being held or returned by customs. If you experience any customs clearance issues, please contact our customer service team.
